Shopware Domain Mapping Misconfiguration Help

Dear Visitor, you accessed Shopware 6 with an unknown Domain. This page provides guidance on common misconfigurations and how to resolve them.

Common Misconfigurations

1. Current URL not matching any Sales Channel Domains

Following URLs are known to Shopware: default.headless0, https://blue-berry.com.py, https://blue-berry.gr, https://blue-berry.ro, https://luxury-passion.com, https://luxury-passion.com/de, https://manoosh.de, https://manoosh.de/en, https://optimaal.store, https://ro.spw.dok.twn.ro, https://spw.dok.twn.ro, https://zeitmass.de, https://zeitmass.de/en,

Solution:

  1. Open the Administration
  2. Click on the left bottom side on the desired sales channel
  3. Make sure in the Domain Panel that the current access URL is added there: https://ztm.spw.dok.twn.ro

2. Misconfigured Proxy Header forwarding / Trusted Proxies

Symptoms: Cannot resolve a Sales Channel, Assets are loading with http instead of https.

Solution:

Make sure the visible URL is the actual URL in your browser: https://ztm.spw.dok.twn.ro/detail/7a90ad9bc6cf5bba4ce7453f012453e9. If not, the proxy configuration could be wrong.

Shopware got following headers from IP 172.18.0.5:
{ "Host": "ztm.spw.dok.twn.ro", "X-Forwarded-Host": null, "X-Forwarded-Proto": null, "X-Forwarded-For": "172.18.0.5" }

The trusted_proxy configuration could look like this:
# config/packages/framework.yaml framework: # You can use multiple with comma separated values or subnet notation (10.0.0.0/8) trusted_proxies: '172.18.0.5' # trust *all* "X-Forwarded-*" headers trusted_headers: [ 'x-forwarded-for', ]
